SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping is within Australia only.

For any international shipping enquires please contact us for a quote.

We aim to ship all orders within two (2) business days of order/payment using Australia Post standard shipping, with tracking number provided. We will advise you if there is a delay in shipping.

We do not accept any liability for any loss, theft or damage after delivery has taken place.

We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage due to late delivery.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is given and the parcel is returned to sender for re-dispatch, the new postage charges will be payable by the customer to re-send the parcel to the correct address. Please ensure you carefully check the address when you order to prevent any mis-deliveries or failed deliveries.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet any stated conditions.

RETURNS POLICY
We will handle all return requests in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If there is a fault with any product, please contact us within seven (7) days so that we can arrange for the product to be returned and inspected. A replacement product will be offered for any returned goods that are found to be faulty, and will be dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of the returned product.

If a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law, this will be processed back to the same account/card that was used for original payment within 5 business days of receipt of the returned product.

Due to the personal nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be accepted outside of this policy.

FAQs

How is the soap made?

Our botanical soaps are handmade using the traditional cold process method with Australian extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil infused by herbs from our farm. Each batch is mixed, poured, cut by hand with love and left to cure for 8 weeks before they are ready for use.

What are the main ingredients used in our products?

The main ingredient in our soap is extra virgin Australian olive oil and coconut oil combined with other oils which may include sweet almond oil, avocado oil, macadamia oil and hemp seed oil.

Is Palm oil used?

No, all our soaps are Palm oli free! 100% Vegan, paraben free, sulphate free, cruelty free, eco friendly, zero waste and made in Australia.

Does Naked+Savage have a retail store?

No. We sell online at www.nakedandsavage.com.au or you can purchase products locally from aqualotus hair spa, Tuncurry Natural Health Clinic or Forster Yoga Studio.

Why does my soap look different from the last time I ordered it?

All of our soaps are handmade and cut, no two bars will ever look alike. Variations will occur in colour, pattern and cut.

Where are the soaps made?

All our products are made at our beautiful beach farm on the Mid North Coast of NSW, Australia. We are a small family business and grow and source all our ingredients locally.

Can you use the soaps for the face?

Yes. Naked+Savage soaps are made for the body. Some people do use them for the face but it is a personal choice and what suits your skin. Please avoid eye area.

Are synthetic preservatives, or Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS) used in the products?

No.

Do the products contain nuts?

Yes, some of the oils in the soaps are from tree nuts – such as almond oil, macadamia oil and are known to cause reactions to some people. Please do not use the product if you have any of these sensitivities. Naked+Savage is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. People with sensitivities / allergies to any ingredient should not use that product. Always try a patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, please discontinue use.

Allergies?

If you have allergies, please read the ingredient list thoroughly. Some products do feature almond oil, macadamia oil, hemp seed oil or essential oils. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use right away.

Are soaps safe for pregnancy/nursing?

Our soaps do contain essential oils , some essential oils are not reccomended for pregnancy/nursing. Please review our ingredients list with your doctor prior to using our soaps if you are pregnant or nursing.

Do the soaps expire?

No, our soap bars do not contain any preservatives. However it is recommended that you use your soap bar within one year of purchase. Scents may start to fade after 6 months. (Citrus essential oil scents are known to not last as long as others).

What is the white stuff on top of some soap? Is it safe?

This is called soda ash and is harmless. This forms when air reaches a batch of soap in its first 24 hours. It rinses off the first time you use it and totally safe to use.

What are the shipping costs?

It is $12.00 Standard Post Flat Shipping and Handling within Australia. (Australia Post and Tracking No.) $15.00 Express Post. For further information on Shipping and Returns please see the section at bottom of page on the website. We do not ship internationally.
